A Happy Gymnast will Succeed

Unigym Gatineau is a not for profit sports club that manages all gymnastics on the territory of Gatineau. The club is in charge of the gymnastics development throughout Gatineau since September 2011.

The club offers different levels of intervention based on need and interest:

INITIATION

Occasional participation aiming at discovering gymnastics.

RECREATION

Is intended for participants of all ages who are involved in the sport in a recreational context.

COMPETITION

Includes athletes benefiting a framework supported and regulated by a sports federation.

EXCELLENCE (HIGH LEVEL)

Brings together athletes in a search of high performance and elite gymnastics.

VISION

Unigym Gatineau will be the leader for the development of sports associated with gymnastics in the Outaouais region.

The organization will be recognized as a model of sports development in Quebec and Canada, contributing significantly to the reputation of the city of Gatineau.

Mission

With the athlete and their families at the heart of its concerns, Unigym Gatineau is a non-profit sports club bringing together the forces of gymnastics in Gatineau. The objective is to promote the practice of the sport at all levels, and for the benefit of citizens from all areas of the city.

OUR COMMITMENT TOWARDS THE SAFE PRACTICE OF SPORT

Unigym Gatineau, in collaboration with Gymnastique Canada and Gymnastique Québec, is committed to providing a safe and inclusive training and competition environment, free from any form of mistreatment, harassment and discrimination, to all of our participants. Establishing this safe environment is a responsibility shared by all members of our gymnastics community.

To create this environment, Gymnastics Canada and Gymnastics Quebec have developed safe sports frameworks to guide our commitment to the safe practice of sport. Through these frameworks, federations collaborated with clubs and the gymnastics community to provide a respectful and welcoming environment where participants will find joy in their pursuit of excellence.
